Terms and Conditions

AuroKart is operated by Aurokart Tradelink (OPC) Private Limited ("AuroKart", "we", "us"). These terms apply to everyone who uses the website aurokart.in and the AuroKart apps ("the platform"). By creating an account or placing or accepting an order, you agree to them.

1. What AuroKart is

AuroKart is a business-to-business platform where manufacturers, distributors and retailers in India list products, connect as trade partners, exchange quotations, and place and fulfil orders with each other. Each order is a contract between the buying business and the selling business. AuroKart provides the platform, the records and the payment tools; it is not the seller of the goods unless an order says so.

2. Accounts

• The platform is for registered businesses and the people they authorise. You must give true business details, including GSTIN where it applies.
• You are responsible for the people you invite to your company account and for what they do under it.
• Keep your password and sign-in codes private and tell us at once if you think your account has been misused.
• We may suspend or close an account that gives false details, breaks these terms, or puts other users at risk.

3. Listings and prices

Sellers are responsible for their product details, prices, taxes, stock and minimum order quantities, and for holding any licence their products need. Prices are in Indian Rupees. GST and other taxes are shown separately where they apply.

4. Orders

• An order is placed when the buyer submits it, and it binds the seller once the seller approves it on the platform.
• A seller may decline an order, for example when stock or delivery is not possible. The buyer is told on the platform.
• Cancellations, returns and refunds follow our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
• Shipping and delivery follow our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

5. Payments

On AuroKart the buyer pays after the order is delivered: the seller requests payment once the goods have arrived. Buyers can pay online through our payment partner Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets and other options it offers) or by bank transfer as agreed with the seller. Online payments are processed by Razorpay under its own terms; AuroKart does not store full card details. Where a seller gives credit, the agreed credit terms apply.

6. Fair use

You agree not to:

• list or trade goods that are illegal, counterfeit or restricted without the required licence;
• place orders you do not intend to complete, or accept orders you cannot fulfil;
• misuse other users' information, send spam, or try to get around the platform's security; or
• copy, resell or interfere with the platform.

7. Liability

The quality, quantity, legality and delivery of goods are the responsibility of the seller, and payment is the responsibility of the buyer. AuroKart helps resolve disputes through the platform records but is not liable for losses arising from a transaction between users, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

8. Privacy

How we handle personal and business information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version, and we will tell account holders on the platform about material changes. Using AuroKart after a change means you accept it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
