Delete your AuroKart account

AuroKart (the website aurokart.in and the AuroKart Android app) is run by Aurokart Tradelink (OPC) Private Limited. You can ask us to delete your AuroKart account and its data at any time, in any of these ways.

1. In the app or on the website

1. Sign in to AuroKart.
2. Open Settings (in the Android app: More → Settings), then Team & Company.
3. Under Your account, choose Delete my account and confirm.

Open Settings → Team & Company. If you are not signed in, AuroKart asks you to sign in first and then brings you back there.

2. On this page, without signing in

Enter the email address you sign in with. We will write to that address to confirm before deleting anything.

Email address you sign in with Why are you leaving? (optional) I understand that my account and its data will be deleted and cannot be brought back. Request account deletion

3. By email

Email support@aurokart.in from the address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my AuroKart account".

What happens next

• We confirm the request with you by email, so nobody else can delete your account.
• We delete the account within 30 days of your request, and you can no longer sign in.
• If you own a company account with team members, we will ask whether the whole company should be deleted.
• Changed your mind before then? Cancel the request in Settings, or reply to our email.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in details, name, email address and phone number
• Your company profile, logo, address and business verification documents
• Your product listings, cart, saved items and partner connections
• Your notification and WhatsApp settings

What is kept, and for how long

Orders, quotations, GST invoices and payment records you made with other businesses are also the records of those businesses. Indian tax and company law requires them to be kept, generally for up to 8 years, so they stay with the other business for that time. They are not used for anything else, and then they are deleted.
